Registrations can only be made through
the National organizers
In this edition of the WRO International Final, we have decided to include the accommodation and transportation costs in the event ́s registration fees.

Each National organizer must make payments through the WRO platform in order to complete the registration of their delegations. The platform will accept bank transfers and credit card payments.
Registration closes 3rd of October 2023. All registration fees need to be paid as soon as the registration is completed. There are no refunds possible after completing registration.
An assorted meals menu and drinks will be offered complimentary for registered participants. Lunch at the Panama Convention Center from the 7th to the 9th of November.
Dinner will be offered at the Panama Convention Center on the 7th and 9th of November. On the 8th of November, dinner will be served at the Friendship Night Celebration.
The Panama Convention Center will be equipped with food and beverage outlets where you can buy food at any time you wish to indulge yourself with a little "bite" in between meals.
Panama is located near the equatorial tropic line therefore temperatures and humidity are high all year long, therefore our hotels and Panama Convention Center are equipped with air conditioning systems to cool down the temperature inside.
We recommend bringing hoodies or light jackets to be comfortable with the indoors temperature.
